1-	By scanning the QR-Code printed on the chassis with your mobile phone, a page opens where you can proceed with the registration of the e-bike.
2-	The system recognizes the vehicle and opens an online form where you can enter your data and request registration of the e-bike.
3-	The system verifies the correctness of the data, the purchase, and activates the guarantee.
4-	The owner of the e-bike accepts the privacy conditions.
5-	The system activates the “Bike Finder” functionality.
6-	Within 48 hours the owner of the e-bike receives an email from welcome to complete the registration process and activate your Bike Finder warranty and service. NB: if you do not receive the email, check your spam or contact our number 373 8387744.
